Onsite opportunity and Salary discussions

Hello Guys

I am currently serving NP and would like your insights on salary and negotiations.

I am on u3 and have a salary of 23 Lpa with 5.5 yoe. Dont ask tech. Sr software engineer is my post.

I have an offer of 38 lpa in hand also my manager has offered me Singapore location in Techm

How much do you think I can negotiate for 5.5 yoe with the above mentioned offer?

They are not disclosing the salary for Singapore what can I do? The process for VISA is started but we are yet to discuss the salary any expectations?
