Trending @Cognizant; Onsite opportunity!!!!

How to get onsite opportunity within CTS, I've been looking for it for 1.5 year and have not got any such opportunity, I am also eligible for iRise as well. However my main focus is to get onsite opportunity be it any country.

I have been deceived 1 time already, the earlier project we were working. We worked a lot and delivered ir bug free, once everything was smooth we were kicked out of project, south indian were give our place and then they were sent to onsite(USA) without even doing any work.

AND I AM GOING TO RESIGN SOON IF I DIDN'T GET ANY ONSITE PROJECT.
