Onsite opportunity
I am C3B and working tcs since last two year. Tried earlier for onsite opportunity and no one interested earlier and after my resignation now everyone ready to send me onsite.Already served two month notice period and in last month all program manager and other mangers suddenly interested to send me onsite and looking for the discussion. Need you valuable suggestions? What are the things keep in mind before discussion and after discussion.
They will initiate Visa and consume your 6-7 months for Visa processing and ultimately say that we don't have open positions now. Never negotiate on Onsite, always negotiate for package. Onsite opportunity is just a gimmick to hold someone for another 8-9 months
If you are getting decent amount outside then compare with tcs onsite salary vs your next offer. At onsite tcs don't offer a high package as compared to the local hires
On site opportunity is just trap better join other company if you got any good offers
