How should I approach to get onsite opportunity for c3b band? I recently got released and have diverse skills including AI and ML

Choose a project (if you have the privilege) that has your country preference.

Express onsite interest to that manager and become critical to the project. He MIGHT consider when an onsite opening comes up.

Of course there will be other associates who

  1. already have dependency
  2. have good relationship with the manager
  3. already waiting for onsite.
