How is near shore opportunity at uruguay within tcs. If I am earning 10LPA in India how much in-hand will there be?

Don't expect lot of money there... as the living expenses is very costly in that country... if you don't have family and if you are saving more than 1 lakh then its a good option otherwise ignore

You’ll get an onsite allowance with your India salary. The offshore salary will be in your salary account, and the onsite allowance will be in your forex card.
