Onsite opportunities in plm domain specifically related to ptc windchill

Guys , i have recently joined a company called ptc. Its a product based company specializing in Plm software. I would like to understand does this domain have any opportunities to go abroad , specifically to the usa because I switched to this domain 1 year back. And I see most of the people primarly based out of pune.

So can someone guide me on the onsite opportunities
