Onsite opportunities for C1 grade
Hello, can anyone let me know if onsite opportunities are available for C1 grade in TCS right now? I have completed 3.6+ years in current project, but still no promotion yet.
My team member is C1 and he went to Mexico because he is very good in tech.
Brother let me Tell you something. I wasted 5 years waiting for onsite. High politics, Selfish managers your chances of getting onsite is less. Don't believe the kind words of the manager.
Ask onsite within the next 4 months. If they are not giving them jump immediately. That's my advice for you.
Very very slim. Heavy politics and high leverage required.
Situation aint all that great as well. Its crazy. So its best to directly apply and get a job there or just jump.
Join MEA projects you will get onsite no criteria of grade
C1 I think its not possible for on-site bro
C2 is required
