Why are people so desperate to get onsite opportunities?! Any reason?

Try your luck with e-sep 😉 Jokes apart, all depend on what’s happening in the project, how many seniors are ahead of you, what’s the location of the client, how is your performance, which DC are you in (this is a major factor to get the visibility), is manager even considering or motivated to send someone onsite, is there a demand?
