How to get onsite opportunities in Accenture? SAP functional consultant with 10+ years of experience Have been travelling on different projects in TCS and couldn’t get a single one in Accenture.

Accenture is a global company, already Accenture hire in good numbers in the US, Europe, Asia.
So very few opportunities for onsite, you need to be very lucky to get any opportunity.
No chance of onsite at the moment, biggest reason is Accenture already have a ton of people onsite but don't have projects for them as it's expensive compared to offsite like India
No chance of on site .. so do not make any kind of assumption.
There is a common misconception here at Accenture that people switch, come here after gettng good hike and demands onsite too.
