Onsite Mexico

I am a grade at c1 with 3 year exp, got opportunity to move Mexico onsite, around with 40k peso fixed component. I am wondering should I consider it or should i continue to look for switch currently I don't hold any offer but. And does companies also makes you sign any kind of contact for onsite to restrict you. And how's the Mexico in case I want to switch there, and what kind of doc should i be prepared in India which can be asked during the switch like apostille something if moved to mexico
