Those who all are onsite for more than 4-5 years they should be laid off... they have already saved 1 -2 cr which they can invest and easily get 50-70k monthly interest life time...

First of all they need to remove all the Switzerland associates with immediate effect.

So that company can save a lot and can stop complete offshore layoffs with only one country Swiss.

Billable, i doubt they will cut, unless they are very expensive and can be replaced easily. Because there is hardly any business coming in for onsite positions
