Trending @Infosys; Onsite for lateral within 4 months ?

I joined 4 months back & talent pool has set me for Onsite opportuinity. Is it possible for lateral to get a onsite opportunity this fast ? I am a java resource and Job level is 4A.

Since you are new you may not have the right info. Someone might have put you there so that others can’t block you. Usually it’s very rare for someone to go on-site immediately after joining unless it was your precondition to accept the offer

If there is an opportunity, it doesn't matter whether you are lateral or fresher. If it fits with you, they will send. You are really lucky to have it this early. Embrace and enjoy it.
