Onsite criteria

Hi Guys

I am C1 associate joined TCS as my 2nd company. Is there any criteria that only C2 and above can move to onsite from project? Or must have a salary range or anything as such criteria.

Any experience with be helpful.

My one friend went to Spain as bpo1. Another one moved to Mexico and tcs converted him from bpo2 to c2. Depends on project and country
