I resigned as I have a offer with 50% hike and my manager offered me Onsite. I want to know if an employee goes Onsite (he receives on site compensation) and returns back to off shore after few months, will his CTC be revised ?
You could easily get 50% hike in india.. and onsite is just a lollipop.!! Purschaning power parity matters… and relocation to foreign is just not too easy as it seems..
Onsite they will tell but not sure if this is possible with current situation. Even if they will send. Not sure how many year if you are married then onsite is not that much good . Bcz of high expenses
Offshore CTC does not change. Why would you want to comeback from onsite. ask for long term and take residency. Take yourself out of this rat race
When you return from onsite, your CTC usually reverts to the original Indian salary. Onsite offers are often retention tactics, but they don't guarantee a salary revision upon return.
