Onsite Chances
Hey everyone,
Just curious to know how I can get an onsite opportunity in tcs I'm a C1 Sys admin and complete more than a year in TCS and people are extremely impressed with the type of work I deliver for the project I am in.
Lol.. i think there is policy that they will refer when you start demanding onsite. They will say you need to be at least 2 year in same project and total 4 years in TCS and some more bullsh*t.

Don't fall in trap for onsite ..if it's in your luck you will get . The more you strive for it , harder it will become .
Seee going on site in tcs has rules some amount of years some amount of time in project
If you wish to go then your client has to say it for you if client says i want this person in my location you will be sent the next day… If others say just take in a postive note and keep working they cant send u immediately
Onsite is trap, they will sell you that dream to manipulate you. Instead focus on learning and then try to switch.
