Onsite allowance

I have a long-term onsite opportunity from tcs, also planning to switch a company as my TCS salary is less. After coming back to India, if I switch the company, does they consider my onsite salary/allowance or some part of allowance while negotiation. Or I can only negotiate on TCS salary?
