Open positions at onsite, if this is sorted and there are no regional bias/politics then, depending on your capabilities and experience, there shouldn't be any issue landing an onsite role.
I have enabled juniors with 2 yrs of experience in Europe roles. They were skilled.
So work on your communication and technical/functional skills. Rest up to your project / managers.

Depends on! You can get the onsite in two ways. One option is to join a project with on-site requirements. Work hard, and you will have it in a year. Patience is a must. Second, get rls and demand onsite from rmg. If you are lucky, you will get into the second option.

I will be completing 3 years but still there is no opportunity but the other guy in my project with less experience got the onsite experience because of the manager's partiality.
