Hi Guys , Infosys is offering onsite travel to Czech Republic to retain me. My manager assures to start the process immediately post my acceptance. Is Czech Republic a good country to go onsite. Please provide your insites.

First ask him to confirm over mail , how can blindly trust without any confirmation. What if you accepted after that they say it might takes 4 months to process please wait like that
Find someone who lived/living in that country and ask them. They may have much more realistic and authentic answers you are looking for.
Czech republic, as per my friend outside Infosys, is a very nice country to stay in. You can roam around whole Europe while in Czech republic.
is your client from that country ?
Look compare with salary and facilities and your experience, if you don't have any dependency here you go and explore and try switching from there
