Your onshore salary will be higher than offshore salary. Cost of living and local market rates are considered. Enjoy the pay raise!

Thanks, Roughly how much higher? Onshore sal = Offshore sal + Onshore component or Onshore sal will be an increased amount but I'll get to knw the difference later
