Onshore Opportunity (UK)
Hi Everyone, I am getting onshore opportunity as Sr. Developer in UK. I am currently in C2 band. Can anyone guide me on compensation part. Also, any input or suggestions are welcomed. Thank You
Compensation will be standard UK working rates.
You will need to wait for the decision to be finalised and get the equivalent in your hand.
But heads up UK is an expensive place. Especially if you going with your family. No matter how much you try saving you can save a max of 20K INR monthly.
Mostly it is less that that from what I heard. Alot of the people there only stay there for better life for their family or kids.
Otherwise most people opt to come back in or change Job the first chance they get.
20k is too less. People in India are saving more than this.
Are with family, then strongly advise you to stay away with TCS pay. TCS will not settle in UK too. Your visa might be for 2 yrs after which it's all god's grace. If you are a bachelor, yes worth it. You can save, provided you stay bachelor till the end of tenure.
Don't go if your aim is to make money
