Onshore Opportunities

Hi All

In current situation of Job market and with measures being taken to control immigration and strict Visa restrictions, do you know how many are getting new opportunities to move to onshore(especially Uk and other parts of Europe) currently in the company, do you see opportunities being greatly reduced now compared to Peak era till 2022, do only who are already in Onshore before 2023 the one's working most of onshore positions, is this situation same in all service based companies currently and how much scope do you see for onshore Opportunities in this companies in futures and how can one aim to get these opportunities as soon as possible
