Onshore forex card money - If we have unused money on forex card issued by Tcs, will that be reimbursed to us or tcs takes it back ???? L

I am in same situation. I went to on site for milestone for 15 days and have more than 1000 usd in my Thomas Cook forex card.
I did not take all money outside India.
I will NOT take money in account as I am 100% sure it will be taxable and I have no interest paying govt more than 35K INR.
I intend to keep the card as it is and use in my next personal overseas trip.

You need to request the forex card bank to refund the money to your Indian account. TCS has no control on this.
