Some of my reportees who got hike in Dec cycle have received hike now as well. Variable pay is exactly the same.. Those who got promoted in Sep 24…they didn’t got any hike now Those who got promoted in June 24…they got single digit hike. This is the most common scenarios

Those who got hike in Dec 24..now they got 4-6% Those who got hike in June 24..now they are getting 8-12% Those who got promoted in June 24..now they are getting 5-8% Those who got promoted in Sep 24…no hike VP for all are almost same as Dec 24
This may vary for other people..but for my reportees this is the scenario
