Trending @Accenture; Only negative why no positive abt accenture
Why do i see only negativity about accenture in this platform … are there no positive things to discuss?? Is Accenture tat bad?? Lets open up here

I have been working in Accenture from past 3 years. And I'm happy with the work culture and management. I see most of the people complaining about salary hikes and promotions but what I really think is - everything is based on your performance in the project. If you are worthy you will get everything you deserve. Cheers

People are working hard and performing very well and these people are hired on low salary and others are hired on very high packages hence we see dissatisfaction even in management level. No dough people hired on high salary package are also performing well

Yeah, people get fast track promotion with 0% hike because of poor performance ? Wake up buddy, accenture is struggling to be people centric organisation, they do not care about their employees like they did till 2021 or mid 2022

Happy people won't come to this platform to complain 😂

Start being people centric organization again like you were till 2021 then you will not see such negative comments overflowing. If one or two is talking negative, it means few are not satisfied but if the entire crowd is not happy what does it mean?
Go to India offices and have floor walks in all the offices, you will see 90% are disappointed. You have enough money to hire people from outside with 100% or more hike but you are sending emails stating no hike for a year and that is continuing for 2 years now. How do you expect anything positive ?

If you order food from Zomato and the food is ok or good you will seldom write a good review of the restaurant but if the food was pathetic then there is a big chance that you will write a bad review same with these platforms, people who are generally ok with their experience will not be bothered to write stuff here :D

For individuals at certain levels with lower salary packages, it feels unfair. At the very least, a market correction is necessary because personal growth is important. We want to buy homes, cars, and raise children, but without a salary increase for two years and with inflation rising every year, it's difficult. While this is an excellent company in many aspects, salary hikes are being overlooked. The work culture is good, though there are a few instances where a Scrum Master may not be effective in specific projects, but overall, the people are great. The initial learning curve is steep but manageable over time. We have the flexibility to work from home, and salaries are always paid on time. Those who have sufficient packages to handle inflation are in a good position, but those with lower packages face challenges in both personal and financial growth.

Yes it is
