Trending @Capgemini; Only Eligible candidates got Hike letter
Received the generic email stating that eligible colleagues have already received their hike letters. People who didn't receive it by now - ARE NOT ELIGIBLE..

I have received one email today evening, stating eligible persons received hike letter. But I got 2nd rating. But I deserved for 1 rating this year. But got 2nd only, When I asked my manager, why I didn't get 1st rating they said, From 3 to direct 1 rating is not possible.Fed up with CG last year they retained me so they gave 3rd rating. Which is not my performance rating right?.But how can they say last 3 years if you got 3rd then you won't get hike. So CG is thinking people will work here for 3 years without hike?. I feel this is tactics of CG to reduce the employes instead of firing.
Same with me bro, 2020 -> first year in CG default hike 2021 -> retention so 3 rating 2022 -> onsite aspiration so 3 2023 -> onsite again 3 again 2024 -> again 3 coz - market is not good blah blah (Client is going for merger)

No they are saying there is no increment for those who got 3 ratings continuously since the last 3 year,BTO is just reason but thing is that they don't give the increment,it's very ridiculous that they expect people to work and after working don't want to give increment
HRs are not even responding, there's no clarity from anyone.. My mgr said wait for 72 hrs more and letters will be rolled out in batches..
- just a lie to shut us for 3days..
I somehow think your manager said is crct, they are sending BU wise
