I have been employed by Capgemini for three years and have not received an increase in my salary. What is the appropriate method and contacts to initiate a salary increase discussion?

Talk to your manager but it has a risk of be8ng flagged as potential risk . They will create back up for you n if backup is cheaper alternative n nearly as good as you it is a risk. Better get an offer in hand before taking such discussions
