Trending @Infosys; Only 10 years of growth
People say we have only the initial 10 years of our life to grow, after that our growth gets slowed down. Is that true or just a hoax?
Depends on your drive !! Look around there are very few who became CEO in 10 years!! What you see around is not really growth . People are just moving sideways doing the same work at higher salary as there are current companies in India who can afford to give higher salaries for the right talent. Obviously the higher you go the chances for you to go higher reduces as position are less and your peers are more competitive than people you left behind . So you need to be best of best to be on high growth path. So you need to have very strong drive:growth mindset , good health, favourable personal life to really have rapid growth after 10 years.
