Online MBA vs Executive MBA - which is better?

I'm a product manager with 5 YOE. Want to upskill for senior roles. Confused between online MBA from top US uni vs exec MBA from IIM. Which has better ROI? Anyone with experience?

had a friend who did exec mba from iima and is now at mck, never heard success stories of online mba. you do mba for the network you get
