Online MBA valued in industry?

Hi all want se input/ suggestions regarding online MBA. My sister opted for an online MBA in HR from NMIMS. I don't have much idea on online couses/degrees so if anyome have please enlighten. Will she be able to get jobs based upon this degree? Will industry (TCS/ Infy/ MNCs) accepts this? Will she get interview calls and settle in career? Thank you.

Sorry but online degrees are not considered full time. So she won't get management roles. If interested in mba, she should do it from a college full time... Can be even a tier 3 institute but has to be full time.
