Online MBA
Hi all, I am working now in tcs as a software developer and planning to do online mba as i have only joined tcs last year so sabbatical leave is not a option for me so was planning to go with online working executive mba but i am confused here with the specialisation i should choose for the better future I am confused in this below options please let me your opinion so could select the best for me
1.data science and technology 2.Operations Management 3. Hr 4.business analyst
Also i want to add up here i dont want to continue in technical field although i do enjoy the challenges but thats not what i want in my coming future so please help me here to clear my confusion.
You can go with Business Analytics. It is a Demand MBA program. After completing MBA you can ask for hike or onsite or you other option with MBA in Business Analytics add in ur resume you can switch from TCS and look for better company. You will get good package outside more than 15 LPA.
So doing online mba is also good?
Online/distance/part time MBA is a waste of time.
I have done distance MBA from ICFAI,HR.. I had same thought process as you .but MBA was just piece of paper which didn't help me anywhere.. I took release and moved to management role..you can try scrum master(its coordination, scheduling calls )even outside you hav demand ,do scrum master certification..
