Has anyone done the MICA online marketing course? Or any other such marketing short duration diploma courses? Do they help?

No, they don't.
They are pretty costly and these courses most often are useless.
In fact Growth school courses are not value for money. They cost around 30k-50k but the value you get is of around 5k
Best digital marketing courses are taught on YT.
