Trending @Accenture; One Year at Accenture and Still Stuck on the Bench

It’s been a year since I joined Accenture, and honestly, it’s been frustrating as hell. I got trained in Java Spring Boot, ready to work on something exciting, but instead, I got thrown into a project where all I did was raise SRs. For five months, it was nothing but manual, mind-numbing copy-paste work—completely irrelevant to what I was trained for. And since June, I’ve been sitting on the bench.

I’ve updated my Accenture resume, my Workday is all set, and I’ve been messaging managers left and right for a project. I’m also taking extra trainings to stay sharp, but guess what? Still nothing. No replies, no projects, just silence. It’s beyond frustrating to feel like I’m putting in all this effort and getting nowhere.

What else can I do to actually land a decent project around here? I’m seriously tired of waiting around.
