One tech job pls

Hi everyone, iam working in Capgemini from last 2023 as a associate in non -IT role for 19000 salary with rotational shifts and no work life balance and will h no promotion.

I was waiting for an opportunity to start my carrier in any tech role to move my carrier and fornthe future weel being

If i still stuck in non-it role I can't even get married for-lifetime and can't learn anything.

I took a business analyst course on jira and requirement gathering of stakeholders.. almost 90+ applications all regrets emails flooded.iam lossing hope for everyday.

Can anyone let me know if have any open Position in ur project .. looking for learning and kick start my carrier..

Iam stuck in CG by picking chats and calls..pls let me know if had any open position in ur projects like sql,cloud or any cybersecurity.

I have done internally cybersecurity certifications and had basic knowledge in sql and trained in business analyst course.
