One switch that made me look back 🙂.
I worked 3 and half years in my previous company. Comfort zone, less work and stress. Then I decided to switch and within 2 months joined another. Now after all my expenses, I literally save my previous company salary as savings. Wondering 🤔 why I shouldn't have done it earlier. I suggest if you are junior/intermediate role, take the risk and switch 😎.

How did you prep bro, what was your tech stack?

I'm a Java SDET, my project got completed and I was on the bench. I knew my situation was that if this goes longer I'll be laid off. Since, I've no work I completely started learning things from scratch and started giving mocks to chatgpt/gemini/Claude daily before sleeping. I've also taken a Naukri paid subscription which helped me to get more calls.

I am in similar situations, too much comfort and I am stuck at low CTC despite having good background and opportunities.
