Trending @HCL; One of my colleagues friend shortlisted in two projects but one of them has raised RAS but he’s interested join another one. Please help.

Team doesn’t release from him he haven’t onboarded just RAS initiated HR forcing him not to release as employee doesn’t have right to select project if RAS initiated as per policy. HR giving him mentally stress.

Please help anyone

Many times repeated HR was saying employees doesn’t have option to select project if RAS initiated as per policy

Ask him to talk to the project POC which he is interested in. That person can help and solve this.
