Trending @Accenture; One more hoax on grapevine - Few Sr. Analysts claiming their pay is 20 / 30 lpa. Spreading such news creates wrong expectations for people.

Yes I think even if they get hired they will be the first target to get fired , this is what I am thinking

You are a consultant. L9. I am talking about L10.

Hey Buddy... It's now a fake news.. I too come in your mentioned bracket. Many of us at L10 are getting > 20LPA.

Thats why I posted this. I saw one more person spreading fake news. Its high time such people should stop multiplying salary with 2 or 3. Or if someone has 10-12 years of experience and were not promoted on time then in that case it might be possible.

It's not at all fake. CTC totally depends on your skill set. So if a level9 person has a skill set of functional testing (only) and another person at level 11 is proficient in making regression models, definitely pay grade would be much higher for the latter. You cannot compare both the identities. Apple and Oranges brother.
I know people here working in level 10 and level 11 having salaries much higher than level 9 and level 8 people. So don't get frustrated and improve your skills instead.

Btw it also depends on how much new you are in the market. I also came across an instance where the level 7 manager is working here for the past 18-19 years but his CTC is much lower and not even close to a newly hired level 9 person in his team.

And it's not just in Accenture , it's everywhere .

One more liar. What product management you are doing at accenture. It is a service based company.

What is max range for L11 and L10 can you please tell it will help lot of people

DerpyTaco
DerpyTaco

There can be exceptions. But in general the maximum it can go around 10 lpa inr for level 11 and around 14 for level 10. Depends a lot on years of experience. Again its a speculation based on my experience and what I have seen on glassdoor and ambition box.

Or it could be a case that they are not senior analysts, just posing as them.

Might not want to be identified easily.

Good point.

Well if a pada can get 10+ lpa here who r from IIT. Then why senior analyst can't get 20+

MagicalCupcake
MagicalCupcake

Yes they can but not generally at accenture. Probably some startup, or if they start their own brand or if they have been selected for FAANG.

DancingPotato

S&c definitely has. I am analyst with CTC - 23 lpa.

If you are an IIM grad or got an MBA from Top Tier Colleges please ignore this post. Its not for you.

Some joining ATCI from Tier 1 MBA clg have 20 CTC at L10 😊

MagicalCupcake

Only this point makes some sense where IIM grads can get. Everyone else is bullshitting and lying on the name of skillset and interview experience. Basically overconfidence at its peak which some btech and mca are are having. Everyone needs to grow up.

In Accenture designation is linked to Salary, one guy in my team joined 7.5YOE as AM, because he was asking for a 30+ package.

DerpyTaco
DerpyTaco

Correct. Ans which is fine. Possible. Above 7 years exp you are eligible for AM role.
