Only 1 day for joining. have an offer of ey with 20.5 fixed and 10% var pay 77k benifits like med grat . I have another mid range hybrid product cum service called german mnc otto group established indian 11months back with 21.5 fixed only no variable medical not included in ctc but pays by employer. Which one is better to join ?
