One day, you will stop checking if they're following someone new. Or if someone is commenting 'cute' on their photo. They will stop being the last searched profile on your Instagram.

You will go to the same restaurant again, and not look at the table where both of you sat the last time. You will listen to the songs they sent you and it won't pinch as much.

You will intentionally choose not to wish them on their birthday. You will not bother who they are with. You will not read your old chats. You will notice that your day went by not thinking even once about them. Getting up inthe morning won't hurt anymore. You will stop waiting for their texts or even a closure.
