One culture you like about your company

I don't hate anything about my company. Everything is good here.

Like: fixed meetings, group meeting on mondays, one on one meeting on fridays.

Hate: Forced to write linkedin posts to help social media managers as they are non technical and don't understand most of the stuff we do. The startup has a product that only technical people buy so only technical linkedin posts bring sales and this niche market is hard to target as it is the niche (security) of the niche (training) of the niche (mobile) of the niche. (ios).

There is no hierarchical, cultural or gender bias at all.
