Just heard that TCS is reducing the Notice period to 1 month for all senior managers.

You may hear in some days but it's for senior resources only. Let's wait, the source is one Corporate HR . If it happens - then it's not good news for senior managers as a post that means they will ask for voluntary retirement or leave the company with just 1 month leave .
