ONDC updates?
Has anyone used ONDC? Does it have any app? It was mentioned somewhere that it heavily reduces delivery costs and prices are better than swiggy and Zomato.

My experience was very bad, delivery guy took the order and then was away for next 1.5 hours, probably he was delivering orders from zomato, swiggy first. Worst Customer Experience!
Okay in swiggy atleast customer experience is good. They easily refund money if something went wrong.
Using ONDC from Paytm to order food 3-4 times a week. Cheaper than Swizzy, Zonato.
it won’t work in longer run
For most restaurants, the prices are very similar to Swiggy/Zomato.
Plus I don't know how economics work for these apps. Zomato takes high commission from resturants and they became profitable recently but these ondc apps get very less commission so not sure how will they make profits
Magicpin. It's integrated into the app tho, ondc doesn't have an app in itself. Def cheaper the Zomato and swiggy.
Used on Paytm. Does feel cheaper than Zomato and swiggy
