I had a 4.5 years of work ex. In my cv I showcased 3 years in Team A and 1.5 years in team B. Real number are 2years in Team A and 2.5 years in Team B. Now when I applied for a position relevant to team A, there will be a problem? Does the new company inquire upto this detail?

No, BGV checks don’t check about the internal details about teams and work tasks.
They will generally just confirm with the past company HR, whether the designation and start & end dates of your employment with the company, match with whatever you have mentioned on your resume. That’s it.
