Onboarding process query – Zensar

Hi everyone, I recently joined Zensar and am currently in the onboarding phase. My offer mentioned a DOJ, but some pre-joining documents were rejected for corrections (manual signatures, witness signatures, re-upload from portal, etc.). HR informed me that once documents are corrected and re-uploaded, the system onboarding/activation and induction would happen the next working day, and the DOJ would align accordingly. Just wanted to check with anyone who has joined Zensar or similar companies: Is this kind of DOJ shift due to documentation corrections normal? Any tips to ensure onboarding goes smoothly from here?
