Onboarding freezed for new joiners!!
My friend have an offer from TCS with joining date 20 Aug and he resigned from the previous organisation Now TCS just postponed it to October and he’s now struck in the situation HR said it’s done for all of the joiners
And they refuse to release be early 😂😂.
Then he is so lucky,instead of joining tcs he can try for other better companies
Don't worry same thing happened with me in 2023, My joining month was June. , but I was onboarded in October.
Dont worry..he would definitely get the joining letter bug with some delay like 1/2/3 months..try to look for a better opportunity meanwhile
Relax for sometime as the market situation is now like that only but yeah if you get any immediate joining just go.for.ot
They delayed my joining by a month in aug 2022, onboarding HR's of TCS sucks
Yes you are right , my delivery partner said for next 3 months onboarding is frozen and we need to utilize people from the bench only
