Onboarding delay in TCS

TCS held onboarding of almost 1000+ people from pan india. Many of them have left their current organization without having a second offer just to join TCS. Now they are getting news that their onboarding will be in the next quarter. This is really an unethical and unprofessional step from such a renowned organization.
