Onboarded in a company and got an offer from another company
I just onboarded in company A that is paying me 13.22 LPA I had my salary negotiation and showed them an offer from a company B which was 14LPA but I still went with A as it has amazing work culture.
Now I onboarded them and it’s my second day, and I got an offer from company C for 19LPA, though the culture of company A is really great the salary gap is too much. Can I ask them to match the offer from company C or should I resign from A and join C. I am just worried that they just don’t ask me to serve notice period, or lose company A’s culture.
If you are in probation period go for C - don’t waste timr
The company C has lower brand value than company A. But company C is giving me WFH on most of the days but with US working timezone. I will appreciate your response soon.
