This is a grey area, which they use to do fraud.. No calculation is mentioned any where.. On paper they say it is dependent on unit performance, rto etc.. but no where calculation is transparent QVA is getting worse every quarter.. 20-25% only now they are paying.. Fraud company

They want C3A/B, C4 people to leave and creating pressure from multiple directions. They are not paying QVA in full for these people, if you don't report to office, they will make the QVA 0 and also take HR action. Do MLT and external certification and also 5 E-1 and atleast 1 E-2 competency from iEvolve each financial year. Salary increment is deferred, salary reduction for D band already done and letters released.
