On the spot team award

Hi All, While raising a team award, how to add yourself as part of that team. When I am raising the team it's removing my name from the list automatically. Can anyone help here.

I am also part of the team who got team appreciation and my manager asked for the whole DL. So I assumed it should be doable from a team perspective
