On -site to Canada or Walmart?

Right now am in notice. I have 2.5 years of experience in total and working in SAP domain. My current package in TCS is 6.75 LPA.

I have offer with Walmart for 10LPA fixed + 2 LPA yearly bonus + 1.5 LPA equalant stocks .

Now TCS is offering me with long term on-site to Canada.

Please suggest me the good option with your views

They have clearly mentioned that once taking back resignation only they can able to initiate the work visa

There's a saying in TCS, if you don't have C2, your onsite can be cancelled at last minute 🥲.. You'll get visa and all stuff

If you are going with family then canada is not good option. If you are going as bachelor you can save minimum 1 L permonth after your expenxes in canada. But if with family better take walmart.
