Trending @Infosys; On-site Team members rude Behaviour
I am currently working in banking project and my on-site Team member behaviour is not very professional one on-site technical lead keep blaming to on-site PM and they do not share proper information to offshore member and we have small offshore Team of 3-4 people and being bit senior on that team people keep on reaching me for this concern and on-site is not supportive at all and I also have very Weired experience when I trying to reach them for anything ..and every time time it is same
Sometime I thought to highlight this in email to my offshore managers but not if that will work or not or on the name of businesses we have to stay silent
Any suggestions appreciated in this
You can discuss this with your manager.
Its not about working or not, you must appraise your offshore PM of this situation and let them handle it with onsite team.
Remember one thing "Company apne baap ki nahi hai... Jab tak hum mehnat kar rahe hain tab tak kisi ko nahi dikhega aur jab koi issue fasega to manager khud aaega resolve karne" That's it
